AI that powers your language workflows

We help you apply AI effectively across translation and content workflows: from tailored prompts and capable agents to the quality data that supports them. We use AILT, our ready-to-use platform, or build custom workflows around your preferred AI models, deployed in your own environment.

Prompt engineering

The prompt decides the outcome. What a model produces depends on how the task is defined, the information it receives (context, reference material, metadata), and its technical capabilities, such as context window size. We develop prompts for translation, review and quality assurance, test them using your content, and maintain version control. Equally important is selecting the right model for each task: the largest model is not always the best or most cost-effective choice.

AI agents

Agents take repetitive tasks off your team's hands and fit into the workflows you already have: preparing files, running checks, routing work and reporting back. We help you design and build custom agents tailored to your tasks, with clear limits on what each agent may do on its own.

Workflow automation

Not every step should be automated, and not every step requires human input. We help you design workflows and decide which steps can run automatically, need human approval, or remain fully under human control. This speeds up low-risk tasks while keeping people in charge of critical decisions.

Data curation

High-quality data is essential for effective AI. Clean, well-structured linguistic data and metadata help improve results in machine translation, quality checks, content extraction and automated routing. We clean, deduplicate and organize your translation memories, term bases and reference content, giving your AI access to reliable source material.

Data annotation

AI performance depends in part on the quality of its training and evaluation data. Our linguists annotate, classify and assess multilingual data, correcting it where needed, to support AI model training and the evaluation of model outputs.

AI Fitness Check

A structured assessment of what AI can handle, where people remain essential, and which risks arise. You get a clear overview and a prioritized action plan.

  • Automation potential

Which steps in your translation and localization process AI can automate—and how much time and money that saves.

    New
  • AI agents

Where AI agents can handle entire tasks, such as preparing files, running checks or routing work onward.

  • Workflows and processes

How your workflows and roles may change, and which tools and hand-offs need to be connected.

  • Risk assessment

Data protection, confidentiality, quality risks and reliance on vendors and AI models.

How the AI Fitness Check works

  1. Analysis

Your current process, samples of your content and your tool chain.

  2. Findings

Potential, risks and quick wins, each with the evidence behind it.

  3. Action plan

Prioritized steps, with what each one takes to implement.
